Questions about the product, something that does not work, a proposal. We send you an email to confirm the address is yours, and we reply to it.

By sending this, LOWLEVEL stores your name, your address and your message for one purpose only: to read your message and reply to you. We will send you an email to validate that the address is yours; until you click it, nobody reads the message. If you do not validate it, it deletes itself.

// 02 · What we do with what you write

  • What for. Only to read your message and reply to you. No newsletter, no product updates, and we never share it with anyone.
  • Until you validate it, nobody reads it. The email you receive contains a summary of what you wrote and a button. The link is valid for 72 hours.
  • How long. If you do not validate it, it is deleted automatically after 30 days. If validated but unanswered, after 180. Once answered, we keep your message and our reply for 365 days — it is the record of what we told you.
  • Deleting it sooner. Write to us at info@lowlevel.studio and we will delete it, including if somebody has used your address without permission.
